The repair terms below are the same version used with OneA Shop estimates. Your approved estimate, job-specific written warranty and approved supplements form the agreement for your job. Reading this page or submitting a website request does not authorize work, book an appointment or take payment. A later update does not change an earlier agreement.
Website requests and service information
The initial call-out and diagnostic visit is $100 for the agreed concern, including travel and initial diagnostics within that scope. Repairs and additional testing are quoted separately. OneA confirms the vehicle, concern, location, availability and scope before booking.
OneA performs light to intermediate mobile work. Engine replacements, transmission rebuilds, heavy teardown and work requiring specialized shop equipment need a workshop. AC service is diagnosis only.
Eligible repairs may include up to 1 year / 12,000 miles of coverage; the written warranty provided with your particular estimate controls. Military customers and college students may ask about a 10% discount. Confirm eligibility and qualifying charges in your estimate.
Repair Terms & Authorization
Version 2026-09-08. The following is the customer authorization accepted with an estimate.
1. Who is authorizing the work
I am the vehicle owner or have the owner's permission to authorize the services in this estimate. I authorize OneA Mobile Automotive Repair LLC (“OneA”) to perform the listed inspection, diagnosis, repair, service and related testing on the vehicle or trailer identified in the estimate. Additional work is governed by section 3.
The estimate identifies the customer responsible for payment. If I sign for a business or fleet, I identify that business and confirm my authority and any spending limit. Signing for a business does not by itself create a personal guarantee of its debt. I will identify any other person who may approve changes and that person's approval limit.
2. Diagnosis and the requested repair
Authorized diagnosis is a paid service even if I decline the recommended repair or the cause cannot be fully confirmed within the approved diagnostic scope. Diagnostic charges and any limit on time or cost will be stated in the estimate. Additional diagnosis requires approval under section 3.
Diagnosis depends on the symptoms, conditions and information available at the time. Intermittent faults, multiple failures and hidden conditions may require testing in stages or a later visit. OneA will explain the findings and proposed next steps.
If I request a particular repair or replacement without authorizing OneA to diagnose the complaint, the work order will identify that request. Completing the requested replacement does not promise that it will resolve an undiagnosed concern. This does not excuse defective parts supplied by OneA or improper workmanship.
3. Estimate, billing method and additional work
The estimate states the authorized scope, estimated charges, applicable taxes, and whether each labor item is a fixed labor charge or an estimate based on actual time. A fixed labor charge does not necessarily represent actual hours worked. For time-based work, the estimate will disclose any minimum and billing increment before approval.
An estimate can change when hidden conditions or necessary changes are discovered. Additional time-based labor is charged at $100.00 per hour unless a different rate is clearly stated and approved in the estimate or a later supplement. This rate alone is not permission for unlimited additional work. OneA will not charge twice for the same labor.
Before exceeding the approved estimated total, OneA will describe the reason, additional scope and expected added cost and obtain my approval, unless the work and cost fall within an extra-work allowance I expressly selected in the estimate. Any allowance must state its dollar limit and scope. If no allowance is recorded, there is no advance overrun allowance. Unrelated repairs require separate authorization.
Approval may be given through the portal, by text or email, or by a documented telephone conversation. The record should identify the person approving, date, work and additional amount or limit. OneA will provide a confirmation of a telephone approval. Silence or failure to answer is not approval.
If I cannot be reached, OneA may pause work at a safe point and take reasonable immediate steps to prevent injury or imminent damage. This is not permission to complete additional repairs to make the vehicle usable. Any charge for protective work must fall within an approved allowance, be separately approved, or otherwise be recoverable under applicable law. OneA will document the condition and actions taken.
4. Existing damage, corrosion and fragile components
OneA is not responsible for damage or defects that existed before service, or for a failure caused by an existing condition rather than OneA's work. Aged, corroded, seized, brittle, modified or previously damaged components can fail during reasonable, careful disassembly. OneA will document those conditions when reasonably possible, notify me of a resulting problem, and obtain approval under section 3 for additional work.
The age or condition of a component does not by itself determine the cause of its failure. These terms do not excuse damage caused by OneA's negligent or improper work.
5. Information and previously installed parts
I will provide accurate information to the best of my knowledge, including symptoms, warning lights, overheating, collision or flood damage, prior repairs, modifications, security systems and known hazards. Previously installed incorrect or modified parts can affect testing and repair. Any additional chargeable work caused by these conditions follows section 3.
An aftermarket part is not automatically defective or excluded merely because it is not an original-equipment part. OneA's responsibility for parts it supplies and installs is governed by the applicable written warranty and law. Exclusions for pre-existing or modified parts apply to problems caused by those parts or conditions.
6. Parts and materials I supply
OneA may decline to install a part that appears unsafe, incompatible, incomplete or unsuitable. I am responsible for obtaining appropriate parts and any seller or manufacturer warranty on parts I supply. OneA does not provide its own parts warranty on them.
Authorized installation labor remains payable. If a customer-supplied part is wrong or defective, or later fails for a reason not caused by OneA's work, further diagnosis, removal, replacement, reinstallation or a return visit may be charged when approved under section 3. This does not make me responsible for correcting OneA's improper installation or eliminate applicable legal rights.
7. Parts OneA orders, returns and cores
The estimate will identify the intended parts, including whether a part is new, used or remanufactured where relevant. A material substitution or price change requires approval under section 3.
Before ordering a nonreturnable or special-order part, OneA will disclose any customer cancellation obligation and obtain approval. If I later cancel, I owe only approved, lawful charges, with credit for amounts recovered through returns or other disposition so the same cost is not recovered twice.
I should request old parts before work begins. OneA will explain any supplier warranty return, exchange/core requirement, hazardous-material restriction or applicable charge. Parts not requested may be returned to the supplier or lawfully disposed of after service, subject to applicable law and any known claim or preservation requirement.
8. Disassembly, stopped work and incomplete repairs
When diagnosis requires substantial disassembly, OneA will identify that work and explain any known reassembly cost or limitation before starting. If I stop or decline further work, I remain responsible for authorized services already performed and approved parts obligations.
Disassembly may expose components that cannot safely be reused. Reassembly or returning the vehicle to its earlier condition may require additional parts, labor or specialist services and is not guaranteed to be possible. OneA will explain the condition and propose a separately authorized plan. A paused or incomplete job may leave the vehicle inoperable or unsafe to drive.
9. Mobile work location and access
I will arrange permission to work at the service location and provide keys, necessary access, stable reasonably level ground, adequate clearance and a work area away from traffic. I will disclose known fuel leaks, electrical or high-voltage hazards, hazardous cargo and other unsafe conditions, and keep children, pets and bystanders clear of the work area.
OneA may pause, refuse or reschedule work when access, weather, lighting, property restrictions, hazards or equipment requirements prevent safe service. Travel, arrival, waiting or repeat-visit charges apply only if their amount or calculation and triggering conditions were disclosed and approved before they were incurred. This agreement does not create a new undisclosed fee.
10. Scheduling and cancellation
Arrival and completion times are estimates unless OneA expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Hidden conditions, parts availability, weather and other practical limitations may affect timing. OneA will provide reasonable updates when a material delay is known.
I may cancel or request rescheduling by calling or texting (770) 580-0409. A cancellation or no-access fee applies only if its amount and conditions were disclosed and agreed before booking and the charge is permitted by law. A customer cancellation fee does not apply merely because OneA cancels or weather prevents safe work. Authorized completed work and approved special-order obligations are addressed separately above. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain in effect.
11. Testing, electronics and limits of inspection
I authorize reasonable vehicle operation and test drives needed for the authorized work. I will disclose known unsafe conditions and whether the vehicle may lawfully be driven on public roads. OneA may decline road testing and explain how that limits verification.
Battery disconnection, resets and authorized electronic work can erase settings or require relearning. Where reasonably foreseeable, OneA will explain these effects and any separately required programming, calibration, alignment or specialist service before proceeding. Those services must be within the approved scope or separately authorized.
A service inspection covers the items and conditions documented in the work order. It is not a certification that every system is safe or that the vehicle will pass an emissions test or other inspection unless that specific service is expressly included. OneA remains responsible for performing its agreed work with reasonable care.
12. Declined repairs and use after service
OneA will document material findings and any recommended repair I decline, including a warning against driving when appropriate. If advised that the vehicle is unsafe to operate, I should arrange suitable transport. OneA is not responsible for additional damage caused by my continued operation contrary to a specific safety warning or by an unrelated unrepaired condition.
This does not excuse defective work or establish that every later failure was caused by a declined recommendation. A temporary repair is temporary only when its purpose and limitations are explained and recorded.
13. OneA warranty and outside coverage
Any written warranty OneA offers for this job will be provided before approval and retained with the work order. It will identify covered parts and workmanship, duration and mileage if applicable, conditions, exclusions, available remedies and how to request service. Those specific warranty terms and applicable law control coverage. These general terms do not promise that repairing one component will cure unrelated existing or future problems, and do not eliminate implied rights that apply by law.
OneA does not assume payment or repair obligations under warranties or service contracts issued by another shop, seller, manufacturer or third-party provider. Any agreement to coordinate with or bill a third-party provider must be separately recorded. I remain responsible for authorized charges and agreed deductibles unless OneA expressly agrees otherwise. A third party's anticipated reimbursement is not a guarantee of payment.
14. Concerns and opportunity to inspect
If I believe a problem relates to OneA's work, I will contact OneA promptly at (770) 580-0409 and describe the symptoms. I will stop operating the vehicle if continued use could be unsafe or worsen damage, and give OneA a reasonable opportunity to inspect and arrange any covered remedy.
Before authorizing another provider to perform work that I expect OneA to pay for, I will seek OneA's approval. If urgent circumstances require reasonable action to protect people or prevent further damage and OneA cannot reasonably be reached, I will document the condition, contact attempts, findings and charges and preserve affected parts when practical. Emergency action does not automatically establish reimbursement; coverage depends on the facts, the applicable warranty and law.
An independent inspection or unrelated outside service does not automatically void all coverage. If inspection shows a concern is not covered, further diagnostic or repair charges require advance disclosure and authorization. These procedures do not restrict remedies that cannot legally be limited.
15. Payment
I agree to pay the authorized services, parts, applicable taxes and disclosed fees. Payment is due when authorized work is completed or when the job is ended at my request, subject to applicable law and any separate written payment arrangement. Approving this estimate does not itself charge a payment method. Any deposit requires a separate disclosed agreement.
OneA will provide an itemized invoice and credit applicable payments and refunds. These terms alone do not authorize automatic card charges, late charges, collection fees or attorney fees. Any such arrangement must be separately disclosed, agreed and lawful. OneA retains the collection remedies available under applicable law, subject to the procedures and restrictions that apply.
16. Belongings and service records
I will remove valuables and unnecessary belongings before service. OneA is not responsible for their loss or damage unless caused by OneA's negligent or intentional conduct or otherwise required by law.
OneA may document the vehicle, reported concerns, work conditions, tests and completed services using notes, photographs and video for service records, warranty review and resolving claims. Relevant records may be shared as reasonably necessary with service providers, parts suppliers, insurers, advisers or as required by law, consistent with the applicable privacy notice. This is not permission to use my name, likeness or identifiable vehicle in advertising.
17. Agreement and acknowledgment
These terms, the approved estimate, the applicable written warranty and approved supplements describe the agreement for this job. A specifically agreed scope, price or warranty provision controls over a conflicting general statement here. Changes require mutual agreement; posting new general terms does not change an earlier approval.
Georgia law applies, subject to controlling law and rights that cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excuses negligent or intentional wrongdoing or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
By typing my name and selecting the approval action, I intend to sign electronically. I confirm my authority to approve, the scope and price information presented, any selected extra-work allowance, and the terms and warranty provided for this job. I have had an opportunity to ask questions and obtain a copy. I understand that additional repairs may require further approval and that authorized diagnostic work remains payable even if I decline repairs.
